How we use your details
NovaCity is the controller of this information. We use it to run your bookings, keep you safe in class, and contact you about sessions. Anything you enter in the medical box is health information and we only hold it with your explicit consent, so coaches can look after you. We keep financial records for six years because the law requires it; the rest we delete when you close your account.
We share data only with the services that run the app — hosting, payments (Stripe), email and error monitoring. We never sell it. You can see, correct, export or delete your data any time from your profile, and you can complain to the ICO.
