Terms of Service

These terms apply between you and NovaCity Ltd when you use this app or attend a session at NovaCity Centre (Rotherham or Barnsley). By creating an account or making a booking you agree to them.

• You must be 18 or over to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for anything done under your account.
• Information you give us, including dates of birth and any health notes, must be accurate. We rely on it for safety.

• A space is only confirmed once payment is taken (or the booking is covered by an active membership).
• Drop in prices and membership rates are shown in the app at the time of booking.
• Cancelling a paid booking returns the value as account credit, which can be used against future bookings. See our Support page for the cut-off window and any exceptions.
• We may cancel a session for safety, weather, staffing, or facility reasons. If we do, you'll be notified and refunded as credit automatically.

• Memberships unlock free or reduced-price bookings depending on the tier you hold.
• Memberships renew automatically on the cycle shown when you signed up. You can cancel renewal at any time from the Memberships page.
• We do not refund part-used membership periods, but you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

• You must follow coach instructions and our centre rules at all times. We may refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour puts themselves or others at risk.
• A signed waiver is required for every person training. Parents sign on behalf of children.
• Parkour, tricks, and gymnastic-style activity carry risk of injury. You take part voluntarily and at your own risk within the bounds of the waiver.

Our centres are covered by CCTV. We sometimes photograph or film sessions for promotion. We'll tell you in advance and you can opt out on the day. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under UK law. Beyond that, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the app or a single session is limited to the amount you paid for that session or membership.

We can update these terms. We'll bump the date at the top and flag significant changes in the app. You can stop using the app or close your account at any time from You → Delete account.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
